2024 Fall Schedule of Martial Arts for Adults

This Fall we have a full schedule of martial arts for adults! As the weather turns cool and rainy, this is a perfect time to gain new skills and get in shape indoors. We have adult classes six days a week. ALL classes are open to all levels, including beginners. Our instructors tailor the instruction to make every class accessible to even the newest student! We welcome adults of all ages and fitness levels as well as teens age 15 and older.

The BJJ Tuesday–Friday classes teach a consistent curriculum so that no matter what class you attend, morning or evening, the information will continue to build on what you’ve previously been taught.

Friday evening and Saturday morning’s Skills Development sessions allow students of all levels to work on whatever they want at their own pace; instructors are on hand to answer questions and to help direct completely new students.

Jeremy Jacobs teaches Combatives/Self-Defense (Krav Maga) classes on Wednesdays and Fridays. After a good workout to warm up, the training includes kicking, striking and other skills used in a weapons-based, self-defense context.
